Nice smaller museum, house in a 1930's airplane hangar that was moved piece-by-piece from Waukesha, WI. Well-done exhibits, enthusiastic volunteer hosts. Interesting artifacts, and a nice, small airport atmosphere.
Best thing is the volunteers who do the lion's share of the work. They love the place, and it shows. Stop in sometime.
Everyone was so polite and helpful. Great place. My kids enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely visit again.
Neat planes and friendly staff
Great museum with lots of history. I think my favorite was the stories about the early flight attendants. And the people who work there are so nice and very informative. Would definitely visit again!
Cool that you can eat in a hangar! Fun to watch the planes come and go. Pilots are really nice to talk to as well.
